Today is the day the Oregon Supreme Court should release it's ruling on the Attorney General's wording for Initiative Petition 145 to repeal SB 2, special rights for homosexuals, lesbians, bisexuals, transgenders and those claiming gender confusion.

The Court could, and should have, released it's decision last week at this time out of respect for Oregon's citizens, but did not. If the Court fails to do so this week, it raises serious questions along the lines of those raised by the Election Division's fradulent efforts to prevent the VOTERS of Oregon from VOTING on laws they know the VOTERS will object to.

Given the continuing judicial and legislative onslaught across the nation against traditional marriage by judges and public officials with their own agenda, and the propensity of Basic Rights Oregon and the ACLU to impede the process, the decision of the Oregon Court of Appeals on May 21st will, in all likelihood, be appealed to the Oregon Supreme Court. The question arises whether the Supreme Court - with three openly 'gay' justices - will hear an appeal, and prevail in implementing their own social policy upon all Oregonians.

Considering the social engineering and defiance of the California Supreme Court, it is altogether possible.

Activist Judges and elected officials - performing yeoman service like obedient slaves to 2% of America's population - are knowingly ignoring the will of the American people in order to carry out the social policy agenda of well organized sodomite activists.

Consider Maryland's Attorney General who supported a same-sex marriage bill. "When he was asked if he would continue to support the measure if its passage were made contingent upon referring it to voters. . . said he would not. He was asked why." His answer? "Because it would fail."

Sound familiar? Oregon Governor Ted Kulongoski knew the outcome of Measure 36 in 2004, clearly expressing the will of the people of Oregon, and so did every democrat in the Oregon Legislature. And yet, he, and they, forged ahead with first, SB 1000 in the 2005 legislature, and then SB 2 and HB 2007 in the 2007 legislature.

Not surprisingly - and just as they have at each step of the process - BRO, the falsely named face of the homosexual agenda in Oregon, waited to the last minute to file an appeal with the Oregon Supreme Court to contest the Attorney General's certified ballot title wording for Initiative petition 146. 146 was filed on March 31st and appealed by BRO on the very last day to appeal - as they have at each juncture in the process - the last being to the Oregon Supreme Court on May 22nd. So much for their interest in and respect for the people of Oregon, the Initiative process, and government of, by, and for the people.

Given what seems to be the Oregon Supreme Court's disinterest in an expedited decision to allow sufficient time for Oregon's citizens to collect signatures on 145, 146 may well be dead on arrival, thwarting the will of Oregonians once again.
